Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Due to damage to the outer packaging of the recently returned shoes, we cannot sell them. Before returning the item, please take a photo and send it to our email at chiteng857@outlook.com to confirm that the returned shoebox must be complete. If your return is accepted, please wrap the shoebox in a carton and return it to us. If the shoe box is directly returned as the outer packaging, we will not refund it. Thank you for your understanding!
To start a return, you can contact us at chiteng857@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you the return adress, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If the return is caused by the consumer, a consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund within 15 days.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at chiteng857@outlook.com, we will provide a return address.
