If your return is accepted, please wrap the shoebox in a carton and return it to us. If the shoe box is directly returned as the outer packaging, we will not refund it.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Vinessy ships to addresses within the U.S., and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Set the City to APO, FPO, or DPO, set the State/Province/Region to AA, AE, or AP, and the Country/Region to "United States" when shipping to an APO, FPO, or DPO address. Standard Shipping Deliveries may take up to 21 business days for these addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
